The journey begins with seated meditation. Breathing deeply you give full attention to your body and mind. Next you ‘Listen to Incense’ to experience the luxurious tapestry of rare aromatic fragrances. Finally you conclude with a tea ceremony in which a bowl of tea served from the heart nurtures health and harmony.

Engaging your senses brings you to the present moment when you're resonating with what you're experiencing, when you're fully alive.  The Tea Room at East-West Chanoyu Center has everything required for inner bliss.
